John K. Pollard, III has been practicing and developing the concepts of Self-Parenting since 1970. What began as one man’s quest to answer his own inner questions eventually became a manuscript for informal classes taught to friends in Australia.
After much development, many practical teaching experiences, and well over a thousand sessions of personal Self-Parenting, his book, SELF-PARENTING: The Complete Guide To Your Inner Conversations, was published in 1987.
